Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using InkFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

InkFlow is a comprehensive tattoo artist management platform that provides:

• Instagram DM integration and automation
• Client and booking management
• Calendar and scheduling tools
• Payment processing and deposit collection
• Sketch approval workflows
• Waitlist management

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use InkFlow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate Instagram's Platform Policy or Terms of Use
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

Instagram Integration

When you connect your Instagram account:

• You authorize InkFlow to access your Instagram data as permitted by Instagram's API
• You agree to comply with Instagram's Platform Policy and Terms of Use
• You acknowledge that Instagram may revoke access at any time
• You are responsible for your use of Instagram data through our platform

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

• Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• 14-day free trial for new users (no credit card required)
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Payments processed securely through Stripe

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests within 7 days of charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Referral Program

Program Overview

InkFlow offers a referral program that allows active subscribers to earn commissions by referring new users to the platform.

Eligibility

• Only users with an active paid subscription (not trial users) may participate in the referral program
• Each eligible user receives a unique referral code and referral link
• Referral codes may only be shared for legitimate promotional purposes
• Users may not use paid advertising to promote their referral codes without prior written approval

Commission Structure

• Referrers earn a 20% commission on referred users' subscription payments
• Commissions are paid for the first 6 months of the referred user's subscription
• Commission rate applies to the actual amount paid by the referred user
• After 6 months, no further commissions are earned for that referral

Attribution Window

Referrals are tracked for 90 days from the time a user clicks a referral link. If the user signs up and subscribes within this window, the referral is attributed to the referrer.

Payouts

• Commission payouts are processed monthly in batches on the 1st of each month
• There is no minimum payout threshold
• Payouts are made automatically via Stripe Connect to your connected Stripe account
• You must have a verified Stripe Connect account to receive payouts
• We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraud or abuse is suspected

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals or referring accounts you control
• Creating fake accounts or encouraging others to do so
• Misrepresenting the InkFlow service or referral program
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications with referral links
• Using automated systems to generate referrals
• Any form of fraud or manipulation of the referral system

Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Existing earned commissions will be honored, but future commissions may be affected by program changes. We may terminate your participation in the referral program if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InkFlow are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (client data, sketches, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason at our discretion
